 To further ease the strain on your staff, our Self Service Reset Password Management solution (SSRPM) puts users in control of lost or forgotten passwords, not IT. With SSRPM, users answer a series of challenge questions which allows them to reset their own passwords. IT sets the number and type of questions, and users take it from there. SSRPM is proven to reduce help-desk calls by 30% and, unlike most tech-support lines, it’s available 24/7 – even during holiday breaks!
